Privacy note

Last updated October 28, 2026

Imperial Wave (“we”) runs imperialwavehq.com. This note explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send through the contact form: your name, email, company, event details and message.
• What you send if you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records to keep the site running, such as IP address and browser type.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to you and discuss your event.
• To keep a record of our conversations if we work together.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to mailing lists without asking.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our email. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by writing to isaac@imperialwavehq.com.

Changes

If this note changes, we will update the date above.
